Moses made a record of all the donations to the Mishkan (sanctuary) to be sure that everything was accounted for. We see from here an amazing lesson. People tend to suspect even the greatest among us because of the tendency to find fault in others. Although this is sometimes disappointing and maybe even disheartening, in the long run, the innocent will be proven so, even if Yahveh has to perform a miracle to clear one's name. When a person knows that he's free from guilt, rather than despair, he should trust Yahveh to ultimately exonerate him.
